Quality Assurance

As an ISO 9001:2008 certified company, we remain conscious of delivering highly reliable products. We take strict quality control measures and carry out every step of our process as per the planning. We conduct strict Inspection And Quality Control Procedures that include:

Periodically checking measuring instruments and keeping records of them
Regularly checking flatness of lapping plates
With the help of third parties, conducting laboratory tests and ultrasonic tests of raw materials
To establish proper identification of materials such as Rubber and Metals, maintaining a data of colour codification.

We conduct quality inspection on different stages of process, including:

1st Stage: Raw material Inspection
2nd Stage: Online production Inspection (Shopfloor Inspection)
3rd Stage: Inspection of Finished Spares
4th Stage: Complete Assembly Inspection

After this, the developed seals are passed through Sr. Q.C. Manager to ensure their perfection, prior to the dispatch. We also get our products tested from third party agencies like Metallurgical Services, Geo-chem Laboratories etc.
